Join the City Nature Challenge BioBlitz here at Mill Creek MetroParks. A BioBlitz is a biological inventory, essentially you find as many species as you can in one particular area. This year, iNaturalist is hosting the City Nature Challenge and we are heading out to Mill Creek Preserve to discover the biodiversity that resides there.

On Thursday, 4/11 take advantage of a free training at the MetroParks Farm to learn how to use iNaturalist. Then come out any or all days and times of the BioBlitz at the Preserve. All you need to do is take as many photos of as many species and upload them to iNaturalist for experts to identify. On Friday, 4/26 we will be focusing on insects and frogs. Saturday, 4/27 the focus is on birds. Then on Sunday, it is everything and anything.
