Mill Creek MetroParks presents Family Camp in the Park August 1 at 9 a.m. through August 2 at 1 p.m. This fun family camping experience is structured to give your family lots of fun activities to participate in both during the day and through the evening. Enjoy nature programs and hikes, a family scavenger hunt, evening campfire, children’s outdoor story time, family games, craft activities, an early bird morning hike, and more.
Family Camp in the Park is sponsored by WFMJ/WBCB. Space is limited; register early! Each camping space is $5 (for residents of Mahoning County), $10 (for nonresidents). Each participant is $10 (resident), $15 (nonresident). Limited tent rental available for $15 per tent. For more information including pricing details, meals provided, or to register, visit millcreekmetroparks.org or call Ford Nature Center at 330.740.7107.
