Lanterman’s Mill in Mill Creek Park is planning to host its 36th annual “Christmas at the Mill” on November 29 and 30, 2025.
As this event has grown over the decades, we have changed our planning and scheduling procedures to provide a more structured event with an assured variety of purchasing options for our visitors. With that in mind, and to align our event with other MCMP events, we will be conducting a juried selection for participating vendors.
Please keep in mind that your submitted application does not guarantee selection for the event.
Here are the exciting details:
🎄 Event Dates: Saturday, November 29th and Sunday, November 30th (Set-up dates will be Monday, November 24th and Tuesday, November 25th and tear-down will be scheduled for Monday, December 1st)
🎄 Times: 11 am to 3 pm each day
(Vendors must participate both days)
🎄 Venue: Lanterman’s Mill
1001 Canfield Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511
🎄 Included: 8 foot table and 2 chairs
🎄 Fees: $150.00
🎄 Food: Available for purchase from selected food vendors chosen for the event

Vendor applications and photos are due by Friday, September 12th.
Vendors will be notified if selected by Wednesday, October 1st.
Vendors will be considered based on the unique products offered as limited tables are available.
If selected, payment can be made via credit card, check or cash at Lanterman’s Mill by Friday, October 31st.
Please note the vendor fee is non-refundable and photos must be submitted with applications for consideration.
