Wild Wednesdays Day Camp invites curious kids to explore Mill Creek MetroParks, learn fascinating nature facts, and experience the outdoors through guided activities and experiments. With a different nature theme and Park location every week, no two Wild Wednesdays are the same! It’s the perfect way for curious kids to explore the outdoors, learn about wildlife, and have fun with new friends.

  • WHAT CAMPERS WILL DO

    Each camp day is packed with fun and discovery:

    • Discovery Hikes: Explore Mill Creek MetroParks while searching for wildlife, insects, and natural treasures.
    • Hands-On Experiments: Learn cool science through engaging nature experiments.
    • Wild Nature Facts: Discover amazing facts about animals, plants, and ecosystems.
    • Outdoor Activities & Games: Interactive learning that keeps kids active and curious.
  • A NEW ADVENTURE EVERY WEEK

    Every Wednesday features a different nature theme and Park location, giving campers a fresh outdoor experience each week.

    • July 8: Tree Exploring at Wick Recreation Area
    • July 15: Rockin’ the Park at Yellow Creek Park
    • July 22: Milling Around at Lanterman’s Mill
    • July 29: Animal Senses at Vickers Nature Preserve
