Nestled across from the Lily Pond on the west side of Youngstown in Mill Creek Park, Birch Hill Cabin offers a rustic yet comfortable space for year-round rentals. It accommodates up to 48 people for “technology-free” business retreats, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and other small gatherings.

RENTAL GUIDELINES:

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED
ENTRY IS ONLY ALLOWED DURING YOUR RESERVED TIME, WHICH MUST INCLUDE ALL SETUP, DECORATING, DELIVERIES, EVENT TIME, AND CLEANUP
IF ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED, IT MUST BE RESERVED IN CONSECUTIVE TIME BLOCKS

CANCELLATION POLICY

RECEIPT NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED, ACCORDING TO THE CANCELLATION SCHEDULE BELOW.
- Prior to 60 days before reserved date 85% refund
- 30-60 days before reserved date 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before reserved date no refund

RATES

REGULAR RATE
$300/day | 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
$165/half-day | 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.
DISCOUNTED RESIDENT RATE
$225/day | 8am – 11 p.m.
$125/half-day | 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.

In order to receive the discounted Resident Rate, the individual or business issuing payment for the facility rental must provide proof of Mahoning County residency as part of the reservation request.
