Hold your next meeting or small birthday party in this cheerful classroom in the Education Building of the MetroParks Farm in Canfield on Rt. 46. This space can accommodate up to 45 people for a seminar or party with light snacks and beverages, but the room does not have a kitchen and is not intended to accommodate meal functions.

Alcoholic beverages prohibited.

Amenities: sink, screen for rent for $10 in advance, public restrooms in building, adequate parking.

This room is in the same building as Kenneth F. McMahon Hall which is available for rental for larger groups.

Adjacent to the MetroParks Bikeway, and the MetroParks Farm.

You may only enter MetroParks facilities during the time for which you have paid. This includes setup/decorating, deliveries, cooking, and cleanup. If you need additional hours, they must be consecutive hours, and paid for timely, according to the complete Guidelines below.

Available by the hour, 3 hour minimum.

Decorating, deliveries, set-up, event, and clean-up must all be done in the time purchased.

Cancellation Policy:

• Receipt number must be provided in order to cancel or change a reservation.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the cancellation is received, according to the cancellation schedule below.
  • Prior to 60 days before reserved date 85% refund
  • 30-60 days before reserved date 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before reserved date no refund
