On Rt. 46 in Canfield, at the MetroParks Farm, this large banquet hall with vaulted ceiling and skylights can accommodate groups of up to 160 people for your special occasion such as wedding receptions, and graduation parties. This space is also available for chair-only meetings of up to 200 people. Screen available to rent for $10.

Alcoholic beverages permitted.

Amenities: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, sinks, and plenty of counter space. Twenty 8’ rectangular tables, plus chairs, several 6’ buffet tables. Air-conditioned. Barrier-free public restrooms. MetroParks Police Officers monitor evening events. Adequate parking.

This room is in the same building as Classroom A which is available for rental for smaller groups.

Adjacent to the MetroParks Bikeway, and the MetroParks Farm.

You may only enter MetroParks facilities during the time for which you have paid. This includes setup/decorating, deliveries, cooking, and cleanup. If you need additional hours, they must be consecutive hours, and paid for timely, according to the complete Guidelines below.

Available by the hour, 5 hour minimum.

Decorating, deliveries, set-up, event, and clean-up must all be done in the time purchased.

Cancellation Policy:

• Receipt number must be provided in order to cancel or change a reservation.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the cancellation is received, according to the cancellation schedule below.
  • Prior to 60 days before reserved date 85% refund
  • 30-60 days before reserved date 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before reserved date no refund
