The Brian, Charlotte, Jersey, BeauGorby Family ChampionshipCross Country Course located at MetroParks Farm is a dedicated course that meets NCAA Specifications with a 38-team starting grid and a 10-meter course width. When not hosting a school/community event, this course is open to the public for year-round use.

FEATURES INCLUDE:

  • A 2MI COURSE AND 1K, 2K, AND 3K LOOPS TO FACILITATE MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, AND COLLEGIATE EVENTS
  • PERMANENT START, FINISH, MILE/KM MARKERS, AND DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
  • MULTIPLE, ACCESSIBLE SPECTATOR VIEWING AREAS
  • A 355-CAR, LIGHTED PARKING LOT; OVERFLOW PARKING OPTIONS
  • ACCESS TO WATER AND ELECTRIC SERVICES
  • EXCLUSIVE USE OF BARN #4 FOR RACE/EVENT ACTIVITIES
  • ABILITY TO RENT INTERIOR SPACE OF CLASSROOMS, LARGE HALL WITH KITCHEN FACILITIES AND RESTROOMS

Dedicated Course Fee: $1,500.00 per day
Course Fee Deposit: $250.00


*Course Fee deposit is applied to final Course Fee and refundable if Meet is cancelled prior to 30 days before scheduled date. Course Fee deposit balance is due the day of the race, prior to the start of the race.

Fee Per Participant (0-100 participants): $2.50
Fee Per Participant (101-200 participants): $2.25
Fee Per Participant (201-300 participants): $2.00
Fee Per Participant (301-400 participants): $1.75
Fee Per Participant (401-500 participants): $1.50
Fee Per Participant (500+ participants): $1.25

*Participant Fees are due within 15 days after the date of the race. A 10% late fee will be added to all balances received after the 15th day.

Port-A-John Rental: $150.00/per unit
Food Vendor: $75.00/per unit, per day

* (1) Port a pot is required for every 50 participants over the 100 participant level, if the Race Course does not include access to existing facilities as determined by the MetroParks.
